Hangboard training
Train your fingers on your own hangboard.
Tsuyo builds the workout on the board you actually have, lights up the holds for your left and right hand, and guides you with a timer you can read from two metres away.
For boulderers and route climbers, from your first hangs to years of training.

Your board, hold by hold
Pick your hangboard from the catalogue, drawn with its real holds: Beastmaker, Metolius, Tension, Zlagboard, Lattice and more. If yours isn’t there, photograph it and tap the holds, or draw it on a grid.
Every workout lights up the holds to use: L for the left hand, R for the right. Next to them, the edge in mm, the grip and the load.

The footprint of every workout
Each bar is a hang: the taller, the heavier. The gaps are the rests. You know a workout at a glance, before you start it.
Three ways to get one
- By hand blocks of sets and reps, each with its edge, grip and load.
- From the protocols Max Hang, Repeaters, Density hangs and more, grouped into Strength, Endurance, Tests, and Base and recovery.
- With AI, in Tsuyo Pro choose the parameters and the workout is built on your profile and your tests. First it asks how your fingers feel today: with pain, it builds nothing.

A timer that talks to you
Beeps, voice and vibration tell you when to hang and when to rest: the phone can stay on the floor. The seconds are big enough to read from two metres away, and the phase is always written out.

Quick timer
For when you just want to hang: set the times on three wheels and go.
Test and grow
A strength test every four to six weeks: Tsuyo works out the loads again and shows what improved. Progress comes from your tests, not from made-up scores.

The week’s plan
Put workouts on the days you train and see the week or the month. A reminder at the time you choose; if a day goes wrong, move the workout to tomorrow.
Two weeks of base, two of strength, one of peak and a light one that ends with a new test. Loads are a share of the max from your last test, and every new test works out the remaining sessions again.

For every climber
Boulder or routes
Only the words every climber shares: sets, reps, hangs, rests, edge and grip.
Works offline
Workouts, timer and history work without a connection and sync when it comes back.
kg or lb
Loads in kilograms or pounds, with your body weight if you want relative loads.
Italian and English
The whole app in both languages.
18 and over
Until 18, the growth plates in the fingers are still open: a hangboard loads them too much.
